What stays free
If you don't pick a plan when the week ends, nothing is deleted, and you can still add photos and documents.
Records stop updating. The ER packet, the care map and inviting your family stay free.
These stay on Today and in medication details, too:
- Allergies
- Medicines started, stopped or changed
- Overdue follow-ups
- What to watch for each medicine

- With a plan, their records refresh and Dekona shows what changed.
- Need records sooner? Tap Check now. Two checks a month for each person come with your plan.
- Cancel anytime from Membership. Your plan runs to the end of the time you paid for.
- Monthly plans aren't refunded. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge.
