Between your updates
Give your client’s Care Circle (family, anyone helping from a distance, and you) a shared place to see records and prepare questions.
For care managers & care-management agencies
A report is sent, a relative asks about a changed instruction, and the next helper has not seen the same paper. Your judgment matters most when you have the context—not when you are reconstructing it for every conversation.
Your clients and their chosen helpers may need a way back to the information between your conversations. Dekona supports that shared picture, with consent-based access, so a source, a question and the person handling the next step can stay close together.
Give your client’s Care Circle (family, anyone helping from a distance, and you) a shared place to see records and prepare questions.
A printable ER packet brings medicines on record, allergies, contacts and visible information gaps together.
Keep hospital, rehab and home-care papers together. Useful for clients living alone, too.
Your scheduling system handles shifts and invoices. Dekona organizes care information for the client and the people they invite.
Permission comes first
Current professional-access scope: clients who can consent themselves. Not yet for guardianship or POA-only clients. Record connections require authorization and supported sources; imported information may need confirmation.
The care-manager plan
Month to month, invoiced by us. This is the professional offer, separate from the personal caregiver plan.
Clients own their accounts. We pay no referral fees and take none.
Discuss your first clientsBuilt to support your judgment and coordination. Dekona does not provide clinical advice or contact your clients’ doctors or pharmacies.
An explanatory example · Invented people
Robin is home after a hospital stay. Their friend Maya and care manager Alex are helping. This illustrates coordination; it is not a live professional account or a separate agency dashboard.
01 · The starting information
A sample discharge paper asks for a primary care follow-up. That request alone does not confirm a booking.
02 · The care manager’s role
Alex can review information available within their invited access and discuss what still needs confirmation with Robin and Maya.
03 · The Care Circle
A shared task names Maya as the person making the call. The people with access can see who is handling that step.
04 · The remaining uncertainty
Until someone confirms the appointment, booking remains unresolved. Dekona does not call the office or book it in this example.

The offer here is shared care information and coordination. It does not promise agency scheduling, staff payroll, agency billing software or a multi-client management dashboard.
The current professional-access offer is for clients who can consent themselves. Guardianship and POA-only clients are not yet supported by this path. Discuss fit before onboarding.
Your access can be removed. The client owns the account and can keep it by taking over billing.
